What really drains your energy?

You’ve ever had that strange feeling…
Of being exhausted for no reason, living as if in a fog, or repeating the same life patterns over and over again. You change your context, your relationships, sometimes even countries… and yet, the same stories come back.

It’s not a coincidence.
And no, it’s not “just in your head.”

Our body, our emotions, and our unconscious hold information. And when this information remains stuck, we feel that sensation of stagnation. Result: fatigue, confusion, self-sabotage, lack of clarity…

In my coaching sessions, I have observed three types of blockages that I would like to share with you in this article today. Recognizing them is already the first step towards starting to liberate them.

1. Emotional blockages: when the body remembers

Our unexpressed emotions never really disappear. They store in the body like an invisible memory.

A study conducted by Bessel van der Kolk (The Body Keeps the Score, 2014) showed that emotional traumas activate certain areas of the brain, alter the activity of the autonomic nervous system, and imprint themselves even in bodily tissues. In other words: your body remembers. The ancients said that the body has a memory.

When you deny your sadness, your anger, your fear… you do not erase them: you silence them. They continue to act in the background, like a program that consumes all your energy.

The First key : becoming aware of the signals from the body. Recurring tensions, short breathing, chronic fatigue… are often messages, not “breakdowns.” They are all those unexpressed emotions that have crystallized over time and are starting to make themselves heard louder and louder. Not because you are not good enough, or because you do not know how to manage, but simply to remind you to honor your needs, your being in its entirety beyond what those around you, society, or others expect of you.

2. Transgenerational blockages: memories that do not belong to us

What if a part of what you carry… did not belong to you?
Today, science has shown what shamans have been saying for millennia: “Our ancestors live through us.” What did they mean by that?
That we can obviously inherit physical traits (this is well accepted) but also their traumas. In other words, certain fears, certain limiting beliefs, and certain repetitive behaviors can be inherited. They transmit like an imprint, in what science today calls transgenerational memory.

Becoming aware of these inheritances, recognizing them is already reclaiming your power: you are not condemned to relive the wounds of your lineage. The good news is, you can free yourself from them.

I have had the immense fortune to be initiated into an ancestral approach to liberate these memories.
When I experienced it for myself, I saw entire spheres of my life reorganize.
It was as if that wall, which I had been trying to climb for so long, suddenly dissolved… making way for a vast space of possibilities.
A field where what seemed impossible suddenly becomes evident.

Relationships re-balance, unexpected opportunities arise, life begins to flow again, without struggle.

By freeing these invisible memories, I regained access to a part of myself that I had forgotten: freer, more whole, more alive.
And today, during my sessions, I witness profound transformations… some still bring tears to my eyes when I think back on them.

3. Identity blockages: when beliefs limit expansion.

How much energy do we waste each day living according to stories that are not ours?
Cognitive neuroscience has shown that our beliefs literally shape our perception of reality.

In a study published in Nature Neuroscience (2018), researchers observed that our beliefs act as perceptual filters: they select what we see, feel, dare to undertake… and what we reject.

Or yet, a principle of quantum physics suggests that the observer influences the outcome.

If you believe: “I don’t deserve it,” “I will never make it,” or “Abundance is not for me,” your nervous system and your brain organize your reality in accordance with these beliefs.

The good news? A belief is not a truth: it is a program. And any program can be updated.

Where to start to free these blockages?
To liberate yourself is not to “force” or “want harder.” It’s to change the way your body, your heart, and your mind communicate.

The key is not in the struggle. The key is awareness.
Because we cannot transform what we are not aware of.

The "energetic" blockages are not fatal. They are silent invitations to look deeper, to listen again to your body, your story, and even that of your lineage.

What if your fatigue, your chaos, your repetitive patterns were not weaknesses… but signals ?
Open doors to a version of you that is freer, more aligned, more alive.

Because deep down, rediscovering your alignment is rediscovering your power.
