3. Use of Services

Clients agree to provide accurate and complete information necessary for the delivery of our services. You must not misuse our services or use them for illegal activities.

4. Fees and Payment

All fees will be presented in a formal proposal or contract. Payment terms are generally 30 days from the invoice date unless otherwise agreed. Late payments may incur interest.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, reports, and materials created by Revhealing during the engagement remain the property of Revhealing unless explicitly transferred in writing. Clients receive a non-exclusive and non-transferable license to use the materials for internal business purposes.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of all sensitive information shared during the engagement. This obligation continues even after the end of services.

7. Liability

Revhealing shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by the client for the services provided.

8. Termination

Each party may terminate the engagement with written notice. Clients are responsible for payment for services rendered up until the termination date.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. The most recent version will always be available on our website.

10. Governing Law
